Introduction:
PET thermal transfer printing film prints the pattern on the surface of the PET film pre-coated with the release agent,forming a stable print film layer by drying. Besides, the printed film layer is detached from the PET carrier film with the function of heat and pressure, then transfer to the surface of the substrate firmly.

Accurate color-process :Traditional direct printing is limited by the physical properties of the substrate (heat deformation, force deformation, etc., such as PVC film is deformed in 50℃). Multiple sets of roller printing can’t overprint accurately, resulting in distorted printing pattern deformation and blurring in the final.

The carrier of  PET hot-heat transfer printing is a high-temperature one, which can resist more than 200℃ and excellent in dimensional stability. It can ensure the accurate and stable color-process during the printing. Also the pattern effect is perfectly restored the design’s needs. Color difference control: PET film high-speed printing reaches 10,000 square meters/hour. The color is mixed once, with advanced color difference analysis and precise control. X-Rite Photometer Global color industry authority, color system supplier, provides a higher level of color difference measurement accuracy and reduce the error range.

Quality control laboratory – automatic coating machine

Automatic coating machine At a fixed speed, the uniform thickness of the coated ink was applied to the industry standard developer LENETA covering paper, the hue deviation and the smart correction were analyzed with a photometer.

Control laboratory – other equipment 

The proportion of formula analyzed by photometer needs to be strictly called each component by electronic balance. Stir evenly using a coater, after oven drying, the light source box can be used to compare the differences under different light sources. Finally through the same version of the proofing machine sample, confirmed correct before turning host production.
