With advanced digital printer and stable performance of ink, the pattern will be printed to the substrate film, then fit onto PVC flooring. Digital printing provides a more flexible option for decorative film, as it changes the endless demand for gravure cylinders, shorten the start-up time, products can be produced on demand, with low MOQ, it eliminates waste of mass production to cut costs. Integration of design and printing can achieve continuous pattern and design, large-scale non-repetitive patterns.

PET thermal transfer printing film prints the pattern on the surface of the PET film pre-coated with the released material，forming a stable print film layer by drying. Besides, the printed film layer is detached from the PET carrier film with the function of heat and pressure, then transfer to the surface of the substrate firmly.
